First entry

A short explanation of why this blog exists and what will be here. No manifestos.

I resisted the idea of a blog for a long time.

I don't actually like writing. I mean — writing for myself I enjoy, in a notebook no one will read. Writing for everyone is different. An internal censor shows up and crosses out the "inappropriate," then the "ugly," then "not my voice," and in the end you're left with three sentences you could have replaced with "hello."

But for about a year and a half I've been catching myself having the same conversations with different clients. The same automation question. The same hiring mistake. The same "we built our own Intercom for six months, why." I got tired of saying it every time. Easier to write it once.

This isn't a manifesto, and it isn't a program. It's a notebook I've decided to open. I'll put stories from the practice here — the way I remember them, with names and numbers where I can, with gaps where I've forgotten. About business diagnostics. About AI. About teams. About mistakes — more often my own than someone else's.

Not many posts. One or two a month. Not always short, because short is harder, and I'm lazy. Four languages, because clients are in four.

Nothing grand. See you in the next one.
