What this site collects, why, and how to get rid of it. Written from the code that does the collecting, not from a template.

01
Who is responsible
Mikhail Savchenko (Mike Fluff) operates this site. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].
02
What you hand over on purpose
Four forms ask for data: the contact form, the course enrolment form, the Architect Mode application and the newsletter field on the Skills page. Between them they collect a name, an email address, an optional subject and whatever you type into the message field.
Each submission is stored in a database on a server rented for this site, and a copy is emailed to the address above through Mailgun. The row is the record; the email is only a notification.
The chat assistant stores the conversation and, if you give one, an email address. It also stores facts you state about your business — company size, the problem you describe, your timeline — so it does not ask twice.
03
What is collected without you typing it
Your IP address is hashed with SHA-256 and truncated before it is stored. The original is never written down. It exists to rate-limit the chat and the forms, nothing else.
Your browser keeps a language cookie, your chat history and a reader number in local storage. Those never leave your device and are never sent anywhere.
If page analytics is enabled it is self-hosted, records page views and button clicks without cookies, and does not build a profile across sites.
04
Who else sees it
Mailgun delivers the notification emails. Calendly handles booking, and what you enter there is held by Calendly under its own policy. Anthropic processes chat messages to generate replies. The database and the site run on a rented server.
Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. There is no advertising network on this site.
05
How long it is kept
Leads and conversations are kept while they are useful for the work they started, and deleted on request. Rate-limit records expire within a day.
06
What you can ask for
Email [email protected] to get a copy of what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Say which address you used and it will be found.
