What this site is

A publication and a shopfront for one person’s consulting practice. Articles, courses and the Architect Mode intensive are described on their own pages; those descriptions are the offer.

Enquiries and consultations

Submitting a form or booking a call creates no obligation on either side. The first consultation is free and carries no prepayment. Nothing is agreed until it is agreed in writing.

Courses

Courses are digital products. The price shown on the course page in your locale is the price. Access is personal: it is for you, not for redistribution.

Architect Mode

Applying is free and commits you to nothing. A $200 deposit holds a seat and counts toward the full price.

The standard refund window is 100% up to 21 days before the event, 50% from 20 to 7 days, and transfers are allowed until 48 hours before the start.

Separately, the results guarantee: if any one of the five stated outputs is missing by the end of the day, the payment is returned in full within 30 days. The guarantee covers the outputs you leave the room with. It does not cover what those outputs earn afterwards.

The chat assistant

The assistant is software. It can answer questions and take a contact. It cannot book, enrol, invoice, or agree to anything on anyone’s behalf, and what it says is not a commitment.

The writing

Articles and course material stay the author’s. Quote them with attribution and a link; do not republish them whole.
